TheFava Pharma group applies the local expertise in global access todevelopment consulting, scientific and regulatory affairs andpharmacovigilance. The company produces and distributes an expansivevariety of pharmaceutical ingredients. Fava Pharma groupparticipates in inclusive representation. The company has a stronginfluence across the drug chain. The company is also involved in theformulation of biopharmaceuticals, contract research, andmanufacturing services. Fava Company has a broad base of activitiesthat have leveraged its reputation in the medicine industry over thepast few years.

Thecompany has an integrated and distinctive project management bodywhich is tailored to meeting the clients’ needs(Gray &amp Malins, 2016).This team intends to fulfill its obligation through the provision ofhigh-quality goods and services as per the clients’ immediateneeds, specifications, and legal requirements. Fava Pharma group hasa product support team consisting of highly qualified sales persons, scientists, and market researchers. The company is ISO certified andhas specialized in full sourcing options and expert regulatorysupport. The corporation has made partnerships with other firms tofacilitate the successful development of products from the latentstages to the commercialization of the outputs.

Havingstunning visible features in one’s environment is an excitingexperience(Kaye, 2013).For instance, an eclectic collection of residences is a pleasant viewthan conventional rows of similar houses. The CEO of the Fava Companywishes to invest in art and architecture for the business’sheadquarters. Having been selected to head the art project by theselection committee, my aim is to prove my expertise in the field. Itis important to note that art is part of civil structures. TheGeneral Service Administration in the architecture program requiresthe artists to make publicly accepted and permanent artworks in thebuildings nationwide. Installation of art in the famous civillocalities allows the celebration of the best art culture and showshow societies enjoy the unique creative skills of the individualcitizens (Gray&amp Malins, 2016).

Theproject has various stakeholders with different responsibilities. Artprojects require many participants as there is a range of activitiesassociated with these projects, and it would be impossible to handlethe program solely. Art requires commitment and cooperation ofartists, fabricators, architectures, constructors, federal clientsamong other stakeholders(May. 2012).The Regional Project Management is responsible for the management ofthe project’s material deliveries. A contracting officer isresponsible for making a contractual consensus for products and actsas a general service authority representative. The office of designand construction should ensure that the art meets the requirements bythe authorities. The project has a design excellence and artsdivision director whose task is to review the process of artistselection and the progress of the artwork throughout the process. ATechnical Evaluation Board is also in place to establish theselection method of the project and to conduct the selection processof the artists through assessing their qualifications and past works.

Thecomprehensive project plan contains all the components of the projectmanagement and deliveries for the project. The funds for the artworkare about thirty-five thousand dollars. The first distribution of thefunds should cater for the artist’s construction of a designconcept. The funding is based on the company’s determination forthe project. If unpredicted changes occur in the running of theproject, it is advisable to make the necessary adjustments. Theproject should be highly flexible. The project manager should ensurethat the funds are always available for the design and constructionphases.

Atthe end of the design development stage, the stakeholders need todecide whether the contractors will proceed with fabrication andconstruction of the art piece. To ensure that there is the properusage of funds, it is necessary to approve the finances to theregional office. These funds are also released for themodernizations, repair and alteration projects.

Theprocess of selecting and approving the artists should be included inthe overall project plan. This process is meant to secure a suitablecollaboration between the artists and stakeholders. When the generalservice authority has approved the architecture, the constructionprocess commences. The authority should also select and confirm theproject artist. The project has a technical evaluation board whosemain responsibility is to finalize the specifications of the projectsselection process. It is required that the artist and the regionalproject team cooperate in conducting all the works with the relevantcontractors.

Oncethe artist receives the contract, he should be familiarized with theproject and the stakeholders after which he develops a proposal whichif approved leads to the fabrication and installation of the artwork. The artist should then tour the working site where he develops apreliminary concept. The fabrication and installation of artworks areachieved through the coordination of the project artist, the leaddesigner, and the executive teams. Once the project is complete, itis accessorized into the beautiful art collection. In case the localoffice decides to terminate the artist’s contract, the regionalcommissioner should send a memo with outlined reasons to the chiefarchitecture. It is paramount to acquire a cost estimate for annualmaintenance and the development of a yearly maintenance plan which isshared with the building manager.

Theinitial tree works on the market that I would propose for the companyinclude The Cohiba Cigar with a Smoking Fish that cost a total of6,455 dollars from the Christie’s.

Anotherart from the same auction house is the sculpture of a large paintedbronze panther on a tree trunk with an estimated total cost of 15,000dollars.

Theinstitution may also decide to buy a photograph of Prince Albert(1819- 1861), a Victorian gold and enamel memorial pendant and locketwith an estimated cost of 1,033 dollars. The total budget for theacquisition of these arts is an estimated total of 23,000 dollars.

Amongthe security considerations that I would make once the artinstallation is complete is to install a multilayer security systemthat guards both the outside and the inside of the walls of theexhibition area. These systems are mainly the border and trespassingdetection-based systems. The use of modern technological deviceswould ensure that the security system is well manned, and it is asefficient as possible(Betzler &amp Deffeyes, 2013).

Artallows people to take brief vacations into the imaginative world andhence disconnect with their daily life stresses. Art also invokessome past or lost memories as it invokes deep levels of meditation. It is possible for workers in an art-installed workplace to recallmany things by looking at the images hanging on the walls. Artaffirms our personalities and stimulate creativity and hence, peoplecan appreciate and understand various cultural practices(Turnbull &amp Connell, 2014).For the business, the arts offer chances to make and build customers’relationships and enhance employee, community and trade relations.Art increases economic strength through purchasing products andservices from other businesses(Betzler &amp Deffeyes, 2013).Art appreciation creates popularity for businesses. Those companiesthat ventured in arts make profits through reselling of theirdesigns. Because they possess the art designs, the companies becomerecognized in the corporate world. Hence, they increase theircustomer base.

Thepicture of the Cohiba cigar with a smoking fish is the work ofElliott Erwitt (Paris, b. 1928). The smoking fish is a goodrepresentation of the nature of the pharmaceuticals company. The fishmay be symbolizing good health, while the cigar represents thedifferent pharmaceutical active ingredients. The picture can be anexcellent memory stimulus for the workers. The giant painted bronzesculpture of a panther on a tree trunk is a twentieth-centuryartwork. The sculpture may motivate the company’s advancement inits activities and be as prominent as the panther is. The art may beinteresting to the staff as they can relate the objectives of thecompany to the characteristics of the animal. The photographcontaining the portrait of Prince Albert has a blue enamel border apierced crown surmounts, and a spread scrolls ribbon. The back isengraved “ToLady Macdonald, in remembrance to the best and greatest of Princesfrom his broken-hearted widow VICTORIA R DEC 1861.” This photo may act as a real motivation for the workers as it isnoble to receive a medal because of one’s exemplary works in theirmemory.
